Affordable Housing Forum

A free, nonpartisan educational forum titled Affordable Housing 101 will be held Monday, March 2, from 6:30 to 8 p.m. at the Scituate Town Library, 85 Branch St., in the Community Room on the lower level .

The forum will focus on how affordable housing works, how to qualify for various programs, and what options are currently available in Scituate. A panel of local experts will provide an overview, followed by a question-and-answer session and information on local resources. The in-person presentation will be recorded. Panelists will include representatives from Neighborworks Housing Solutions, Scituate Housing Authority, the Scituate Affordable Housing Trust, and others. 

Light refreshments will be available beginning at 6 p.m. The event, organized by the Scituate Democratic Town Committee, is open to all residents of Scituate and surrounding communities. For questions, please contact info@scituatemassdems.org.
